Duncan McGee Nefcy

Mr. Nefcy is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Philosophy at San Francisco State University. Mr. Nefcy is admitted to practice in the State of California and the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.   He started his career representing aggrieved debtors in unfair mortgage transactions, and vigorously protected their consumer rights with the purpose of leveling the playing field against financial institutions. Mr. Nefcy has brought that same passion and sensibility to his representation of aggrieved tenants at the Law Office of Andrew Wolff, PC. Mr. Nefcy has litigated dozens of civil cases, and completed a bench trial as lead counsel. In his personal time, Mr. Nefcy enjoys sight-seeing in the Bay Area, and urban cycling.
